Follow someone who have the results that you want first and let them mentor you. Then do the work needed to achieve what you want and in the process serve others. Give value all of the time whether it is a blog post, food for though or a great book share it with others.
#2 Communicate at a higher level
Being a great communicator is another key factor in becoming a better leader. Nowadays, with the technology in our favour one must utilize these tools to improve communication and share your message to your team. You can send a daily or weekly voice message using apps like Whatsapp or Viber. Do offline casual meetings to hear what’s the pain your team is encountering so you can solve the problem or the issue.
#3 Commit to excellence and to your vision
As it is written in the Bible “Without vision people perish”. Commit to do things always to a higher level than before. The more you improve and invest in you the more knowledge you have to influence, teach and inspire your team. Lead with your vision and always share it when you present, train and speak to people.
