Do you have a duplicatable system in Network Marketing business? If not, I can see that you are not in the top tier of your company’s comp plan.

In this post, I will give you some insights or better the 3 Steps to Duplication in Network Marketing. Applying these steps will put you in another level and in the next rank more rapidly than you’ve ever thought.

You see in Network Marketing if you do not develop a duplication system you will never hit the top ranks nor make the big bucks. It is not about you or the company you are with, it is about the system… the duplication system. As Eric Lofholm in his book Duplication: The Key to Creating Freedom in Your Network Marketing Business said that you’ve got to be able to duplicate your success in the people you recruit, and they’ve got to be able to duplicate it in others.

Here are the 3 Steps to Duplication in Network Marketing:

#1 Eye balls on the Presentation

Putting people infront of your screens, laptops, tablets or webinars is 80% of what one should do on a daily basis. It is all about exposing your product to others… that creates your multilevel marketing duplication. But this will help you build a team but only so big of a team. It is the start of the duplication process.

#2 You teach people to say the words 

Then it is your task to teach those who joined your organization and show them how to share their story, how to do presentation, how to do training and how to give a great keynote. I use the Tell/Show/Watch/Go method. I tell them how, I show them how, then I watch them do it and then I go. This is the power of duplication network marketing by far.

The story should be 4 parts (your background, what you didn’t like/what you do not like on your job/profession, you found a solution, how you feel about the future)

You should also create a Keynote presentation it doesn’t matter where you are in the business. If you just got started or have been for some years doing it.

You write a keynote that shares your struggles, family, story and successes.

#3 Have a Written Game Plan 

Writing down your game plan will help you execute and take necessary actions for your business.

What is your 90 day Game Plan? What are the projections for next year?

This should be something that you need to duplicate with your team. Stick to your game plan and anything else that duplicates. Ask yourself this what I am doing now, today does it duplicate? If the answer is no do not do it. Take very seriously the importance of duplication in network marketing from day 1.
