In today’s post you will learn something that many new (newbies) network marketers are doing and sometimes even networkers that have been in the biz for a while that unfortunately ruins the reputation of our industry.

If you have a team make sure to share this with them so they will make the mistakes others are doing by making false claims. First it starts with attracting good people and then get them to listen. After that make sure you ask them questions and not shooting claims and lines that eventually will mislead them. Remember it is all based in duplication. So if it is this what happens in your organization, you need to stop it.

Here are the 5 Worst Things to Say to a Prospect:

1) It is easy, anyone can do it

What the heck? Never say this to a good prospect. Why would you? If it was true, why would 97% fail or quit in the network marketing business? It is simple (if anyone follows the system and not reinventing the wheel) but it requires hard work and commitment.

2) You make big money almost immediately

This is just pure hype! Never promise people something you are not sure that it will happen for them.  Be honest with yourself and towards others. Good people will not fall for this only those people who wants something for nothing without zero effort and hard work.

3) Everybody is going to want this product

Well, this could be true but all the network marketing companies say that. Also you cannot foresee the future and especially if the one who said that has never used the product.

4) Ours is the best deal out there

Trying to talk bad about other companies in our industries is a big no no. That means that you are not supporting the industry at all. There are no facts that “ours is the best deal” that others can verify.

5) All you have to do is to talk to all the people you know

This is what makes most people quit. Close minded family and friends will shut people down especially in a new idea.  It is a distraction environment for a newbie!

In the network marketing world the right ones are those with entrepreneurial flair or those who are looking for a change. That’s between 2-10% of the people out there.
