Angelo Xuereb is a local inspirational business man who have emerged to create a multi-million euro group of companies AX Holdings.
It was not easy but this visionary made it all happen starting small during the 2nd World War period which was very tough for Malta and the Maltese people. Angelo’s determination led him to seek out his fortune alone, with only a small loan from his girlfriend to get him started.
He was no ordinary little boy; he spent his time planning and constructing rooms out of rubble, working tirelessly on his father’s farm and dreaming of a time when he would be a successful businessman. Even at a young age Angelo Xuereb had no doubt in his mind and this is a trait that would take him all the way to the top. It wasn’t easy, however, especially as his father had already decided that his eldest son would take a steady job at the bank. Persistence paid the price which was worth it.
