I can say that I am 50% extrovert and 50% introvert.
I love to connect with people but I do not particularly love selling. I love helping others and also I love public speaking. Most of my motivation and drive comes from my inner strength.
I am very outgoing and high self esteem. I love being by myself and have personal time alone.

You’ve got to focus on the things you are good at.
Something I use with my leadership team is that I tell them to list down 3-5 strengths and weaknesses they have.
That way I can support them and help them identify what they need to focus on.
We are all unique and great at different things.
Do what works best for you.
#2 Connect with people online
As an introverted person, the internet is a great way to build their network marketing business.
P.S – I love to work in my pajamas from home 😀
Yeah… you can connect with people and use platforms like Skype, Zoom & Messenger.
You can then talk with them and meet up at later stages (that helps).
You can have people contact you first using online strategies.
#3 Have an Introverted mentor
If your sponsor is not introverted, find a mentor in your upline who is.
See how they are building their business and watch what is working for them so you can emulate that.
Let them coach you through the process and help you develop a building business strategy that works for you.

Always seek growth in your progress not to be perfect.
Most of the time people who are introverted are perfectionists.
Progress is what counts towards your growth in this industry.
