Travel Adventure – Hola Madrid!

November is the month to remember! It was that time again to pack the luggage and experience more!

This time we headed to Madrid in Spain. If not the most, one of my all time favourite cities in Europe I have traveled too.

I love Madrid as this city never sleeps (kind of like New York of Europe). The restaurants closes late and the architecture, people and nightlife are simple brilliant.

For the 7 days we went up in there we rented out a fantastic Spanish Villa (pity it was cold.. that pool was winking at us) :).

The villa is situated in Sevilla de Nueva, around 45 mins away from the city centre of Madrid.

It was great to get to know each other better during this stay as I was with 14 of my friends. We had a good laugh and great adventures to remember and cherish. The chance to bond together and really like a family living the moment.

First day had the chance to test the soil sort of speak… went to purchase some groceries and went to eat in a close by  family run restaurant.

The food was great with the best Sangria I’ve ever tasted. We had Calamares Fritas and Cotolete de buey a la plancha (Grilled Beef Sirloin) and some of us had their set menu for only Eur 9.95. We then went to sleep as the next morning we had to head out to our first excursion.

4 am the alarm clock started to buzz to get ready to go to Segovia. It was a long ride to go as some of us booked for the Hot Air Ballooning.

You can feel the excitement in the air and we arrived just in time to take pictures and capturing the moment from all angles. After we had the chance to tour and get the typical Segovia Cochinillo (Suckling Pig) in the centre of Segovia. Dined in a great 30 year old restaurant jam-packed with locals. The food and service were delicious.

The next day we headed to the Madrid Arena to register and to meet our international friends for out weekend seminar called the VIEW. Amazing self development seminar that literally changes life’s all over the world.

We were over 3,000+ people for this 3 day seminar that started on Friday evening with a red carpet style introduction. We arrived there in style with a Hummer Limousine all excited and all looking a million bucks. Then we had the first session with Marc Accetta the man behind this seminar and then we had the masquerade party right after.

The next day which was Saturday we started officially the first full day of Edu-tainment till Sunday with long sessions. Thanks to this Life will never be the same again!
