Is your team growing after an event you’ve attended? If you are not maximizing the events you are losing out on the growth of your business. What do I mean by that is, that it is great to have your team attending all the events of your company but it is crucial what is happening during the event and right after. It is not enough that they book for the next event, but what you are doing together with your team will define the growth, developing team success stories, people ranking up and success in your organization.

5 Ways to Maximize an MLM Event to Increase your team are:

Look for potential people

From your team look for potential people that will hit a rank prior to an event (4-6 weeks out). Catch up with them and allow some of the time to come up with a game plan to execute at its best. You are guiding your potential team members to create a story that they can pass on to their teams.

Tackle/Explain the importance of a Rank

Being recognized is one of the best things in what we do. Imagine having your team members getting on stage sharing their success story in front of hundreds and thousands of people. During your calls and meetings with your team explain the importance of ranking up. It will make a huge difference in their life and in their business. Simply increases their credibility and leadership that will attract others.

Work the Room

What you do is what your people will do! Introduce your team with the other leaders by edifying them, encourage them to take some pictures with them or perhaps if it is possible a short 1-2 minute video. Also during the event ask your team questions like (What have you learned so far? What was the best nugget you’ve got so far? Which success story inspired you most?)

Recap Call after Event

As a leader setup a Recap Call right after the Event (Sunday’s are best). Do not share all the information… just share some takeaways you took that you will apply into your business. It inspires your team even those who missed the event to re-commit and take action in their business. During the Recap Call, it will be a great idea to create a Team Contest as well. Then set a Call to Action Plan to build from an Event to an Event.

Creator not Facilitator  

Activity Lined Up! Create more exposures, Set up appointments while at the event, work on a calendar with your leaders, fill up the agenda. Always work with who deserves it not with who needs it! You are the creator of your own momentum in the team.
